Business Liquidations
If you are closing your business, downsizing, remodeling, or just needing to sell off excess inventory or equipment, we can help you sell them and maximize their value.
Downsizing/Personal Property
Whether you are relocating to a smaller home or need to sell some of your excess personal items, we can assist with end-to-end support, from initial item sorting to deciding what items to keep, sell, or donate.
Motor Vehicle Auctions
We will assist private owners, who need to their personal vehicles or dealerships that need to sell off excess inventory. We can help you maximized the value of your assets.
Storage Auctions
Whether you are a storage facility or a private seller, we will handle the process of getting your storage unit(s) sold from start to finish, from cataloging to advertising the unit(s) to buyer and collecting payments.
Offsite Auctions
You have the choice of having your auction at our location, where we can pick up your items, or you can drop them off by appointment. We will start the process of setting your property up for auction. (Download our consignment agreement).
Onsite Auctions
You have the choice of having your auction at your location. We will come to your property catalog and take pictures of all the agreed-upon property that is to be auctioned. (Download our consignment agreement for details.)
Clean Outs
We will clean out the contents of your home, basements, garages, attics, and other rooms on the property. We will sort, organize, and properly box items up; we take care of selling, donating, recycling, or hauling off any items deemed trash.

The items were exactly as described and that is a breath of fresh air considering experiences I have had with other Auction Companies. In addition, Whitney was kind enough to help gather the items I won which made it a quick process. The staff was very kind and they also let me know of future auctions they will be having and I will be definitely returning. I drove from Lewes to pick up the items and it was well worth the drive.
